Disturbing on just about every level.

I play in underground games in my area 2-3 times a week. I also live in the South where the reputation of local law enforcement is quite horrible.

As a matter of fact, my father is in town for the weekend and he plays as well. We're thinking of playing this evening, mainly because it's my birthday. Nothing says father-son bonding like a two-for-one bail us out of jail special.

I think I may head to Dallas just to get busted.

One possibility of fighting this fight this is to do just what this guy did, only more aggressively: sue everyone involved in the raid, including A&E, and fire of subpoenas to everyone and enforce them vigorously. It raises their costs immensely, and might ultimately create a deterrent to this sort of ridiculous raid.

The War on Drugs is dumber, but only because it is larger in scope and more established.

Why hasn't the government declared this to be the War on Gambling? You know they're not serious until they declare war on something.

Sounds to me as though you

want to create the War on Wars, pal.

I myself propose the War on beedogs: www.beedogs.com.

I don't know about you, but i don't want to live in a country where that sort of thing is allowed!
