Feb. 27th, 2008 @ 07:13 am man I want this
The WAF is going to be within an epsilon of zero, but ivy says "let's get that!" so maybe I can push it through:

Here's another item that would improve any loving home: a lethal injection attack droid!

Heh, oops, thanks. (See, I tried Googling define: waf, which turned up no useful results.)

It's the third result on your define search. Maybe you need some of this.

I've had plenty of that today -- what I need is apparently more of this. Sorry for dropping wastage in your journal.

Even LIVE Search finds it (and you don't need that useless colon).

Only 0?

WAF would be no longer relevant if I brought that home, since I'd be living by myself from that minute on...

You gotta love the "vintage glass syringe" component to this device. Obviously one of the modern day single use plastic syringes would have made the robot appear "hacky". I also love the fact that you can create your own home brewed lethal cocktails to fire away. You're not tied down to the snoozer; barbiturate, paralytic, potassium sequence we've all done a MILLION times.

Now I know what JK is getting for our tenth anniversary!

Uh, ten is the resin anniversary, right?

Wow, has it really been ten years? Congratulations! I was kind of there at your wedding. I didn't really know you yet so I wasn't "there" there, but I remember other people going, and I'm pretty sure I was in the same building. Ten years, that's more than half my adult life.

Pshaw.

Not only did you know me, you were already coveting my Atari football game. And the Missile Command. Surely you don't go around revealing your tracball fetish to complete strangers...

It's ten years on March 22 which, oddly enough, does not coincide with BARGE. Though I can see a certain resemblance between Ratly and myself, I'm pretty sure any Kfish/JK comparison falls apart pretty quickly.

And given the subject of this blog entry and my reply, it's good to see that our respective 'adult lives' haven't necessarily implied any actual growing up.

Wait, was it 1998 or 1978?

I'm heading the other way: expecting to align with my kids somewhere in early adolescence.

That robot SO reminds me of the cheesy 80's movie, "Runaway", starring Tom Selleck.

That is pretty much the greatest thing I've ever seen.

Not to make you jealous, but when I showed my wife that picture, she said "That's awesome! Can we buy one? How much do they cost?" Unfortunately, they're a bit out of our "impulse buy" price range.
